Payment Options
- For our on-line customers we provide Free Delivery of our Cake and Bread orders of $30 and more (including GST) in Auckland City, Waitakere City and North Shore City.
- A delivery fee of $10 will be charged to our on-line Cake and Bread orders of less than $30 (including GST).
- For our regular customers a Special Delivery Fee can be arranged. Please send us an e-mail by clicking Here to know about this more.
- We take Cake and Bread orders for Next Day Delivery upon your on-line payment confirmation.
- To place your order for the Next Day Delivery you must complete your on-line payment procedure by 2pm of the day (which is at least 1 day notice).
- We deliver Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays) between the hours of 8am and 8pm, no specific time is guaranteed, but we will take every effort to deliver the product as quickly as possible in accordance with our strict food safety policy.
- Order placed by 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
- Order placed on Friday after 2pm will be delivered on Tuesday.
- Order placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
- Order placed during the Public Holiday(s) will be delivered on the second available business day.
- If you want your food to be delivered at a particular date and/or time, please talk to us on 0211744880 before making your payment to get confirmation from us whether we would be able to meet your delivery date and time requirement or not.
- At this stage we do not deliver any food outside of the Auckland area.
- We make every effort to ensure safe delivery but if we cannot access the building; if recipient is unavailable or refuses package; is not at the address or supplied address is incorrect the full delivery charge will be applied again to deliver the item to the correct address and appropriate courier costs charged. In circumstances where we still cannot reach you and the product then expires we are under no obligation to refund the delivery fee, cake/bread or any other costs we have sustained in relation to this order.
- Our food will not be generally left unattended at the door step (unless a special arrangement is made with us prior to the delivery) as this would compromise our food safety policy.
- If you wish to deliver the food as a gift item anonymously we can accommodate but please be aware we are not responsible if the recipient refuses to accept the package.
Catering Deliveries
- Standard terms still apply as above. Please read carefully.
- We only take catering orders by e-mail to [email protected]. Our standard policy is to have a prior discussion with you before finalising your order, and terms of payment will be confirmed at that time, which will vary depending on the size of the order.
- We provide Free Delivery of our Catering orders of $100 and more (including GST) in Auckland City, Waitakere City and North Shore City.
- A service and delivery fee of $30 will be charged to our Catering orders of less than $100 (including GST).
- We take Catering orders at least 3 days prior to the delivery date.
- If you are unable to provide minimum 3 days of prior notice for your order, our service and delivery charge will vary, and will be discussed and confirmed with you at the time you place the order.
- All food is delivered chilled in line with our food safety policy. Reheating instructions can be supplied for suitable items.
- If we are required to collect platters after the event an additional charge will be incurred.
- Food will either be delivered in disposable boxes or on platters in large catering boxes.
- Tea, Coffee and Soft Drinks are available if you want to include these as part of your order.
- We do not provide alcohol.
- If you require, we can organise special diets, eg. halal, gluten free etc., but an extra charge will be made.
- We do not provide catering personnel and staff for clearing, washing and putting away of dishes.
Hamper Deliveries

- We only take Hamper orders by e-mail to [email protected]. Our standard policy is to have a prior discussion with you before finalising your order, and the price and terms of payment will be confirmed at that time, which will vary depending on the size of the order.
- We take Hamper orders at least 3 days prior to the delivery date.
- If you are unable to provide minimum 3 days of prior notice for your order, our service and delivery charge will vary, and will be discussed and confirmed with you at the time you place the order.
- All fresh or frozen food is delivered chilled in line with our food safety policy. Reheating instructions can be supplied for suitable items.
- Hampers that contain fresh or frozen goods cannot be left unattended at all. This would compromise our food safety policy.
- At this stage Hampers cannot be delivered outside the Auckland area.
Payment Options
- For Cake and bread, and related orders your payment needs to be made by Credit Card through our on-line secured payment system, powered and managed by PayPal (one of the world's most trusted and reliable payment gateways). If you are not a PayPal member, you can also use our on-line payment system using your own credit card.
- For our Catering and Hamper orders we take payments by cash, cheque and bank transfer.
